A report claims Samsung will introduce the Galaxy S24 series with M13 OLED displays and 16GB of RAM.

They are rumored to have new chips, better RAM, and better displays than the present ones. The Galaxy S24 range may include OLED screens made of M13 material. There should be 16GB of RAM in the Ultra variant as well.

The forthcoming Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphones will have new OLED panels produced with the M13 material, according to a claim by the Korean magazine Chosun. According to reports, these panels will perform better than the M12 OLED panels that were previously used in the Galaxy S23 range.
