Vijay’s ‘Leo’ crosses Rs 100 crore at the worldwide box office on Day 1

The opening day of Thalapathy Vijay’s “Leo” saw a strong performance at the box office. The movie reportedly made more than Rs 100 crore on Day 1.

Leo, the film starring Thalapathy Vijay and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, debuted on October 19 to a tremendous welcome. Positive reviews have been given to the movie, while some have criticized the second half. On the other hand, the movie had a tremendous first day at the box office. Trade reports claim that ‘Leo’ made more over Rs 100 crore in worldwide earnings.


One of the most eagerly awaited movies of 2023 was “Leo.” The movie was released in a number of languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.

The movie is thought to have made Rs 63 crore in India (net of deductions) according to early trade reports. On October 19, the occupancy rate for the actioner was 86.92% overall.

After “Master,” director Lokesh Kanagaraj and actor Thalapathy Vijay have worked together on “Leo.” The screenplay for this movie was written by Deeraj Vaidy, Rathna Kumar, and Lokesh. Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mysskin, Sandy, and Gautham Menon are all major roles in the action drama. In supporting parts, Mathew Thomas, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand, and many others were seen.
