Apple Watch prevents fatal blood clot for woman

20 June, San Francisco The media claimed that a woman’s Apple Watch prevented a possibly fatal blood clot by waking her up from a slumber.

When Kimmie Watkins wasn’t feeling well one day, she made the decision to take a nap in order to feel better, according to AppleInsider.

She attributed her feeling faint and woozy to not eating enough meals.

A racing pulse after a slumber on an Apple Watch in February of this year led to the identification of significant internal bleeding, saving the wearer’s life.

In the meantime, a pregnant woman claimed that the wearable device’s abnormally high heart rate warning saved both her and her unborn child’s lives.
