India’s First Look at the Poco C61: 90Hz Display, Features, Cost, and More

The Poco C61, the company’s newest smartphone, has been released in India. This announcement comes soon after the Poco X6 Neo, another smartphone targeted at the mid-range market, was unveiled earlier this month. The Poco C61, which debuted in the cheap market, seeks to gain traction with features like a 5000mAh battery and a 90Hz refresh rate.

Features and characteristics of the Poco C61

The 6.71-inch LCD Dot Drop HD+ display on the Poco C61 is a feature. The panel promises to be quick with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, a peak brightness of 500 nits, and touch sampling rate support of 180 Hz. Gorilla Glass 3 is placed on top of the smartphone to guard against unintentional drops.

The MediaTek G36, an octa-core CPU built on 12nm technology, powers it. It comes with up to 128GB of storage and up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Additionally, the Poco C61 offers up to 1TB of expandable storage. The 8MP AI Dual camera on the back has features like Timed burst, HDR, Film Filters, Al portrait mode with depth adjustment, and more. On the front is a 5MP selfie camera as well.

A 5000mAh battery that supports USB Type-C 10W rapid charging powers everything.
