Since the body is quite adaptable, as an expert, she adjusts their program as their body changes for their continuous growth and progress. She explains “Your body adapts faster than you think! It needs constant change to keep toning up. What you do today shouldn’t be what you do in a week from now and if it is that’s why you stopped seeing results! In a week from now, your body will require something different. As a coach, it’s my job to figure out exactly what that is so you never hit a plateau”.
