iPhone 17 Series Incoming: Specs, Features & Expected Prices Revealed
Apple’s upcoming iPhone series is already generating excitement. Early September 2025 is when the iPhone 17 lineup—which includes the iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max—is anticipated to make its debut. Apple is switching from the “Plus” to the more streamlined “Air” model this year.
Design and Sizes
The new iPhone 17 Air, which measures only 5.5mm, is expected to become Apple’s thinnest iPhone ever. It has a 6.6-inch screen, whereas the standard iPhone 17 has a 6.3-inch screen. For a high-end feel, pro versions can use an aluminum-glass construction and a horizontal camera bar.
Camera
On the image front, Apple is rumored to be tripling the front-facing camera resolution. The 12MP configuration used in the first three generations of selfie cameras is anticipated to be replaced by a new 24MP model with a six-element lens. The regular iPhone 17’s primary rear camera is probably going to use a 48MP sensor, while the Pro series may be the only one with improved telephoto zoom.
Price and Launch Date
The iPhone 17 and Air may start at Rs 89,900 and Rs 99,900, respectively, in India. It is possible that the Pro and Pro Max will cost Rs 1,39,900 and Rs 1,64,900, respectively. The iPhone 17 series is anticipated to be unveiled by Apple between September 11 and September 13, 2025.
Colour Option
Vibrant colors including Ultramarine, Teal, Black, Pink, and White may be available for the iPhone 17 and 17 Air. Classic premium finishes including Black, Silver, and White, as well as a new Sky Blue version for extra flair, are anticipated for the Pro and Pro Max models.
