Google doodle honors Bahrain’s National Day

Happy National Day, Bahrain!

The present Doodle honors Bahrain’s National Day, a two-day public occasion in festival of the country’s presentation of power in 1971.

To mark the event, red and white lights are utilized to decoration everything from milestone structures to the nation’s renowned palm trees.

Outlined in the Doodle fine art is Bahrain’s red and white flag, which was officially received in 2002.

The banner’s two-shading configuration follows its beginnings back to the 1820 General Treaty of Peace with the U.K., when the flag’s white band was added to the current red background to represent the agreeable relationship between the two nations.
