Renowned Bollywood backup vocalist Shantanu Mukherjee, better known by his stage as Shaan, and his spouse Radhika Mukherjee have entered the luxury real estate market by purchasing an opulent home in Pune’s charming Prabhachiwadi neighborhood. As reported by Square Yards, official documents obtained from the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration (IGR) show that the high-end transaction, valued at a significant Rs. 10 crore, was properly registered in March 2025.
